Through weekly catch-up actions, teams coordinate roadmaps and check progress, while the entire department meets every two weeks to review issues across the function. Regular training is offered on current and relevant topics for the company to ensure that all employees are aware of the advice and practices. For all professional development and mentoring, regular one-on-one meetings between senior counsel and juniors are planned. The product teams handle all the legal issues surrounding our Revolut app and its various features, while the core team handles all other legal issues within the company. While the legal team primarily works cross-functionally with the compliance and risk teams, it also handles requests from across the organization through its service desk.
